Trafalgar Park Lighting Upgrade

GRE Services was awarded the main contract for this prestigious central city lighting upgrade project. This involved the installation of eight new 30-meter lighting towers, each equipped with 24 high-powered 2kW floodlights. To accommodate the increased demand from the new lights and additional facilities, the park’s main power transformer was also upgraded. Additionally, GRES installed a lighting control system to manage the various lighting levels required by the Council.

As part of the overall park upgrade, the project also included the installation of two new toilet blocks, two new ticket entrance buildings, a brand-new Media Suite, as well as surrounding landscape lighting. All work was completed on time and within budget.
