Located in the heart of Nelson’s CBD, Bett’s Corner is a landmark residential development featuring two main towers and 17 luxury apartments crafted to an exceptional architectural standard. Built on a challenging central-city site at the intersection of two busy roads, the project demanded precise coordination and robust planning. Over 55,000 labour hours, 3500 cubic metres of excavation, 70 tons of reinforcing steel, and 850 cubic metres of concrete were required to bring this ambitious structure to life — all led by Scott Construction Ltd.

Each apartment in Bett’s Corner was custom designed to suit the specific needs of its owner, combining high-end materials, unique layouts, and contemporary styling. All units enjoy access to at least one private balcony and shared green spaces, blending luxury living with thoughtful urban design.

GRE Services delivered the complete electrical scope for this complex architectural build, integrating high-quality power, lighting, and control systems throughout both towers. Our work helped support the overall vision of a premium residential destination built to rigorous performance, safety, and aesthetic standards. This project showcases what can be achieved when expert construction, meticulous design, and coordinated electrical delivery come together on a major city-centre development.
