Completed in June 2015, this family home overlooking Tahunanui beach was designed by Arthouse Architecture, with working drawings by Boulderbank Design. Scott Construction were selected to carry out the construction of the 4 bedroomed home. The kitchen was designed and crafted by Living Design, bathrooms by Spazio Casa Nelson

Electrical features include:

• KNX Home Automation, which cleverly controls the homes lighting and heating.
• LED Lighting is featured throughout the home.
• A 3kw Solar PV System.
• Two ducted heat-pumps help keep the home warm in winter and cool in summer.
• External heaters over deck.
